Apple should sue Microsoft for SQL Server

Microsoft hires a linguist to basically say “An App Store is a store that sells applications.” Well, I think that Apple should sue back on SQL Server and hire a linguist to say “An SQL Server is a software that provides SQL services”.

But truthfully, I believe that all this suing only benefits lawyers and doesn’t bring any value to regular users/customers — both on Apple, Microsoft, or even Amazon sides. These kind of lawsuits are just uneconomic unnovation byproducts of the legal system. As one MacRumors user put it,

“All that money and they still don’t know that they should invest in doing some real research and development, and innovation instead.”

Come on Apple, Microsoft, Amazon – stop all these unnovative bickering and get back on inventing really cool products and services that actually make people’s lives better.
